Shipping is free on orders placed on tilefornia.com.

Smaller orders ship by standard carrier. You receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Natural stone is heavy. Large orders travel on a pallet with a freight carrier. Before a freight order ships, we contact you to confirm the delivery address, access and delivery details.

Check the boxes or pallet before you sign. If you see damage, write it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Then contact us right away through Order Help or at support@tilefornia.com.
