Free shipping. Shipping is free on every order placed on tilefornia.com. We ship within the United States.

Standard orders ship by standard carrier. You receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Large orders ship by freight. Natural stone is heavy. Large orders travel on a pallet with a freight carrier. Before a freight order ships, we contact you to confirm the delivery address, access and delivery details.

Local pickup. You can pick up your order at our warehouse in Anaheim, CA.

Inspect your delivery. Check the boxes or pallet before you sign. If you see damage, write it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Then contact us right away at support@tilefornia.com or through Order Help.
