Pick Up Natural Stone Tile in Anaheim

You can pick up your Tilefornia order at our Anaheim location instead of waiting for a delivery. Order online or by phone, and we will let you know when your stone is ready to collect. Shipping is free on every order anyway, so pickup is about timing and convenience, especially for heavy boxes and small top-up orders.

How pickup works

  1. Choose your stone. Browse travertine, marble, onyx, mosaics and matching trim, or order samples first.
  2. Order online or call us. Tell us you want to pick up. If you are not sure how much you need, use the tile calculator guide or send a list to our project quote page.
  3. Wait for our confirmation. We check your order and contact you when it is ready. Please do not drive over before you hear from us.
  4. Collect and check. Look over every box before you leave. If something is wrong, tell us right away.

Before you come

  • Bring a vehicle that fits the load. Stone is heavy and small boxes add up quickly.
  • Bring help and padding. Moving blankets or cardboard protect tile edges, and a second person makes loading safer.
  • Bring your order number or the name on the order.
  • Large orders: if your project is more than a car or truck can carry, we can arrange freight to the job site instead. See our shipping policy.

Contractors and designers

Approved trade accounts receive 10% to 20% off by volume. Apply for a trade account, or send your material list for a quote and we will plan pickup or freight with you.

Returns and questions
