About this stone
Dark Emperador marble chair rail trim, cut to 2x12 with a honed finish. Emperador Dark is a rich chocolate-brown marble with lighter tan and white veining. It adds warmth and depth, and it looks especially refined next to cream stones like Crema Marfil.
A molded trim that caps wainscoting or adds a finished horizontal line on walls. Honed: ground smooth to a matte, satin surface — softer looking and less slippery than polished.
Care
Marble is a natural stone: seal it after installation and wipe up acidic spills (lemon, vinegar, wine) quickly to avoid etching. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner.
