About this stone
White Carrara marble pencil tile trim, cut to 3/4x12 with a polished finish. Carrara is the classic Italian white marble: a soft white-to-gray base with fine, feathery gray veining. It reads clean and bright without feeling cold, which is why it never goes out of style.
Pencil trim is the simplest way to give tile a finished edge: run it along the top of a backsplash, around a niche or as a thin accent stripe. Polished: buffed to a glossy shine that brings out the stone's color and veining.
Care
Marble is a natural stone: seal it after installation and wipe up acidic spills (lemon, vinegar, wine) quickly to avoid etching. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner.
