Where does stone crown molding go?

Crown molding finishes the top of a wall. In a bathroom or kitchen, it can also cap a tiled wall or a tall backsplash. Because it is real stone, it matches your tile and stone surfaces instead of clashing with painted wood.

How to choose

  • Match the stone and finish to your tile or wall: honed with honed, polished with polished.
  • Check the size in the product title, such as 2x12 or 2 1/2x12 inches. A larger piece has a bolder look.
  • Pieces are sold individually, so you can order exactly the length you need.

Crown molding, chair rail and baseboard

Together they frame a wall from top to bottom. Crown molding sits at the top, chair rail runs partway up the wall, and baseboard runs along the floor. All three come in matching stone in our trim collections.

Sample first

Natural stone changes from lot to lot. A sample lets you see the real color and the profile in your own light before you order a full run.
