About this stone
1x2 White Calacatta Gold marble mosaic tile in a honed finish. Calacatta Gold pairs a bright white background with bolder gray veins and warm gold accents. It is the statement white marble — more dramatic than Carrara, still easy to design around.
Small pieces mounted on a mesh backing so they install like a single tile. Mosaics flex around curves and slopes, which makes them ideal for backsplashes and shower floors. Honed: ground smooth to a matte, satin surface — softer looking and less slippery than polished.
Care
Marble is a natural stone: seal it after installation and wipe up acidic spills (lemon, vinegar, wine) quickly to avoid etching. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner.
